Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Nyxfield Studio and its paid plans.
Service
Nyxfield creates AI photos, videos and production prompts. Generative outputs can vary and must be reviewed by the user before publication.
Account and credits
An account is tied to the signed-in identity. Every generation shows its credit cost in advance. Credits are not money or a transferable currency.
Acceptable use
Only upload content for which you hold the necessary rights and consents. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, violent or sexually explicit content, or to harm another person.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the current period.
Responsibility
The user is responsible for lawful inputs and use of outputs. Availability can be temporarily affected by maintenance or third-party providers.
