Nyxfield processes only the information needed for accounts, generation, security and billing.
Data processed
We process the account identifier, sign-in name and email, prompts, uploaded references, generation history, credit operations and payment identifiers. Stripe processes card details; Nyxfield does not store them.
Purpose
Data is used to provide the service, prevent abuse, support users, keep accounting records and comply with legal duties.
Providers
OpenAI, fal.ai, Stripe and the hosting provider may process data where necessary. Each provider handles data under its own security and contractual terms.
Retention
Accounting and payment records are retained for legally required periods. Account and generation content is retained while the account is active or as needed to provide and protect the service.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data or object to processing. Seller contact and operating details are shown at payment and on the payment receipt.
